25 years experience within the construction industry to include estimating, framing, electrical, flooring and painting. Jeff was a union framer from 1994-2003. He has an extensive background in retail construction with a wide range of working with owners, clients, general contractors, subcontractors and vendors. Jeff has a BA in business management from the University of Colorado.

18 years experience in the field of finance and accounts within the construction industry. Her expertise consists of day to day business operation; directs and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting function of the organization. Monitors bank activities, ensures adequate cash flow to meet the companies needs and forecasting. Develops, implements and maintains a comprehensive job cost system. Prepares statutory reporting and liaised with insurance auditors to conduct successful year end audits. Handles Accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll reporting as well as record keeping. Performs constant day to day administrative and general office duties. Business related support to CEO and project manager. Recognizes and is responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization.

7 years of project coordination experience in construction. Starting out as an administrative assistant to the CEO and then moving into the role of project coordinator. Her experience in this industry has included handling all contracts and completing AIA documents, responsible for OSHA safety and scheduling travel for employees and owners. She is proficient in all Microsoft office programs and maintains all subcontractor related items.

Elizabeth is a new addition to our team. She brings with her and extensive background to the office. She handles all payroll matters, customer service, safety program, field production tracking, travel, employee and job expenses and purchasing

20 years of project management experience in construction. Experience in: Coordinating, Scheduling, Daily operations, project management, estimating, proposals, and accounting. Dan has an BS in Business Administration from Embry Riddle. Dan has held his B license in California since 2008 and been involved in all aspects of the construction process. He has worked with national clients and has experience with ground up, tenant improvements, project roll outs general maintenance, and preventive maintenance.

Christopher has been in the trades since 1994 and has recently been running work for us as a superintendent. He has completed 10 to 20 tenant improvement projects including Walmart, Under Armour, Torrid, Hand and Stone, and Sprint. He was able to bring the projects in on time within budget with great feedback from the clients.

John has 14 years experience in the construction field: 2 years of residential electrical, 8 years experience in commercial retail construction and 4 years of structural concrete. John has been raising the bar for the company and has the fastest growth of any of our employees. He has wonderful client relations and has been a foreman for our company for years. John also has recently finished all his hours to become a Certified Electrician.

Carlos has 20 plus years experience as a superintendent in the construction field. He specialized in plumbing, electrical, and has supervised all the trades. He was the electrical department’s director at the Southern California Institute of Technology before he came return to general contracting with us. Carlos also helps out with the estimating and job walks. Among other things, he brings to table, his positive attitude, calmness under pressure, and drive ensure the projects are on time, and under budget.

Darin has been in the construction fields since 1991. Experience in fire sprinklers, wood framing and most other construction fields. Darin has also been in the electrical field since 1994. He started out in new construction electrical, then went to T I construction and service electrical. He has 20 years in electrical trade with a state General Electrician certification. He performs all electrical bidding, supervision, scheduling, training and field technician and all other superintendent work.
