He has an extensive background in retail construction with a wide range of working with owners, clients, general contractors, subcontractors and vendors. Jeff has a BA in business management from the University of Colorado.
CFO KIMBERLEY HYSELL
18 years experience in the field of finance and accounts within the construction industry. Her expertise consists of day to day business operation; directs and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting function of the organization. Monitors bank activities, ensures adequate cash flow to meet the companies needs and forecasting. Develops, implements and maintains a comprehensive job cost system. Prepares statutory reporting and liaised with insurance auditors to conduct successful year end audits. Handles Accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll reporting as well as record keeping. Performs constant day to day administrative and general office duties. Business related support to CEO and project manager. Recognizes and is responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS RICHARD VALO
20+ years of construction experience. Richard comes from a finish carpentry background which is an essential part of the success and final details of the project. He has been with the company since 2016. Richard oversees all of the project coordinating, scheduling, daily operations, project management, estimating, proposals, HR, and accounting. He has worked with national clients and has experience with tenant improvements, project rollouts, general maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER HENRY MEJIA
20+ years of construction experience. Henry comes from a residential construction background, but has been supervising and working in commercial retail for the past 10 years. He has been employed by So Cal Retail since 2022. Henry oversees all of the project management and field superintendents. He has worked with national clients and has experience with tenant improvements, project rollouts, general maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
SUPERINTENDENT KEVIN BERG
25 years experience in the construction field: He has been employed by So Cal since 2017. Kevin typically handles all our larger tenant improvements and has developed great relationships with our clients due to his extensive knowledge, on time delivery and within budget.
SUPERINTENDENT ISAAC LEDSMA
23 years experience in the construction field: He has 11+ years as an electrician. He has been employed by So Cal since 2014. Isaac typically handles all our mid size tenant improvements with tight schedules and has developed great relationships with our clients due to his communication skills and construction knowledge.
